Accounting Manager - Multi-Property Experience Preferred
Accounting Manager
Seeking a professional
and disciplined individual that will be responsible for multiple business
units.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Checks and reconciles General Ledger accounts
and bank statements
2. Manages accounts receivable and accounts payable
processes
3. Assists in preparing forecasts and budgets
4. Prepares monthly financial statements, journal
entries, accruals, and all accounting books
5. Calculates and produces daily deposit
transmittals for checks received
6. Participates in income and tax audits
7. Performs other duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 1 year experience in a similar position
2. Strong working knowledge of computer systems/
programs such
as QuickBooks and Excel
3. Good interpersonal skills with verbal and
written communication skills.
4. Preferred: experience working with multiple
business units
