Club Lounge Concierge - PT

PURPOSE OF POSITION:  To provide guest service in the Hotel’s Club Lounge by maintaining good report with Priority Club members and guests of 17th Floor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. To set-up service items and area and serve continental breakfast and beverages in the morning.
2. To set-up service items and area and serve cocktails and hors d’oeuvre in the evening.
3. To direct conversation with guests.
4. To supply warm and inviting atmosphere.

MANDATORY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Punctuality
2. To distribute food and beverages
3. To maintain a professional appearance and wear a clean and neat uniform

ACCOUNTABILITY:

1. Liquor and food inventory
2. Maintain general up-keep and cleanliness of Club Lounge
3. Communication of guest feedback to managers

EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING REQUIRED:

1. Limited Bar experience
2. ServSafe Alcohol Training
