Grand Experiences Coordinator (Full Time)

Position Purpose:
Facilitate campus wide activities and guest events. Ensure that guests are aware of all recreational opportunities available to them campus wide.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in planning and executing daily activities for Resort guests.
- Welcoming and introducing the guests to all experiences upon the guests arrival in the lobby.
- Creating, developing, and implementing on and off site events.
- Marketing of daily, weekly, monthly schedule of events.
- Listen to and address guest comments or concerns.
- Create personalized experiences for each guest utilizing a proactive guest profiling program.
- Creating, proposing and implementing experiences.
- Scheduling activities, updating printed marketing, and adjusting to changes in activities due to uncontrollable circumstances.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Supervising experiences and team.
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning, catering or recreation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- High energy and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly creative, self-starter.
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to make decisions and work independently.
- Multi-tasker.
- Must be safety minded.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Reporting Relationship
This position reports to the Director of Guest Experiences.
