Grand Geneva Storeroom Associate (Full Time)

Position Purpose: 
Facilitate the ordering, purchase, receiving, storage, safeguarding and distribution of all food and beverage products. This hourly position will involve manual labor in combination with recordkeeping.

Essential Functions:
- Assist with physical inventories for food / beverage.
- Completing requisitions and making deliveries in a timely manner for Food, Beverage, and paper products.
- Receiving products, checking for freshness to be stored in there correct locations.
- Able to keep storeroom within health codes with basic cleaning.
- Be able to work in extreme cold and hot environments as needed.
- Scanning Invoices into our e-procurement software.
- Printing labels for UPS for pick-up and receiving packages
- Assist in the shredding of classified documents

Position Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Computer literate with an ability to learn and grasp new systems.
- Experience with pallet jack and forklift a plus but will train as required.
- Be able to work in extreme cold and hot environments as needed.
- Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- May require standing, lifting and walking for a majority of an 8 hour shift.
- A basic understanding of hotel food / beverage products.
- Requires commitment and dependability along with average recordkeeping skills.
- Must be organized with the ability to follow specific instructions, procedures, as well as take direction well.
- Must be safety minded.
- Must have good customer service and communication skills.
- Must have good math skills.
- Must have a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
