Control, the mastermind and governing force behind the SafeHouse, is seeking undercover service agents to join our creative team. This is a unique opportunity to work for a brand that has sustained 50 years of success and is recognized globally as an unprecedented spy-themed restaurant founded in Milwaukee, WI. Our employees play a vital part in perpetuating our spy culture and creating an authentic espionage experience for visiting agents (guests).
Your mission if you choose to accept will be the role of Support Agent (Server Assistant), setting up and clearing tables, stock and maintain all service stations. Maintain cleanliness throughout restaurant.
This agent responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Greet tables with a polite greeting and fill glass with water.
2. Promptly and efficiently reset tables.
3. Maintain stock and polish of glassware, silverware, and plates.
4. Stock service area with ice.
5. Bring the appropriate linen, stock and china in kitchens at the beginning of each shift. Transport soiled linen in appropriate linen bins to the designated dirty linen area at the end of each shift.
6. Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
7. Responsible for set-up and break-down of station at the beginning and end of shift.
8. Return all dirty dishware to the stewarding department.
9. Set and arrange tables according to guest requests as indicated by reservation specifications throughout the shift.
10. Polish silverware and roll in clean napkin, store in bins and maintain an adequate supply throughout the shift..
11. Ensure all surfaces are kept clean and well-maintained throughout shift.
12. Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills or special guest requests, to ensure total guest satisfaction.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge of appropriate table settings and service standards.
2. Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout shift.
3. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
4. Ability to understand verbal English to comprehend basic guest requests. Ability to understand written English to read any caution or safety notices.
5. Ability to grasp, lift, carry, and/or transport up to 50 lbs. through a crowded room.
6. No prior experience required.
7. Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
