Control, the mastermind and governing force behind SafeHouse, is seeking undercover service agents to join our creative team. This is a unique opportunity to work for a brand that has sustained 50 years of success and is recognized globally as an unprecedented spy-themed restaurant founded in Milwaukee, WI. Our employees play a vital part in perpetuating our spy culture and creating an authentic espionage experience for visiting agents (guests).
Your mission if you choose to accept will be the role of Agent Visa, greeting guests as they enter into International Exports Ltd and establish their Spy credentials for entrance into The Safe House.
This agent's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Greet guests as they arrive, obtain information pertaining to their credibility as a Spy.
2. Administer Spy clearance tests to Spies who do not have knowledge of the password.
3. Verify the age of all agents seeking refuge in the Safe House. No-one under 21 years allowed in after 8:00 pm without clearance from Control.
4. Collect Spy Clearance Fees after 8:00 pm unless directed otherwise from Control.
5. Maintain accurate records of all agents charged a Spy Clearance Fee. Record and report totals at the end of their mission.
6. Maintain accurate cash and charge records for the evening’s mission.
7. Return equipment issued to for the mission back to Control.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. The ability to be in secret agent character while taking outstanding care of our visiting agents is vital
2. Ability to read the English language, to fully comprehend guest requests, memos, and reservations.
3. Ability to effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns in a friendly and positive manner. This involves listening to the nature of the concern, demonstrating empathy with the customer and providing positive and proactive solutions.
4. Ability to multi-task and self motivate during slow periods.
5. Flexible schedule preferred.
6. Prior theater, improv or hospitality experience preferred.
7. Good speaking voice and ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.
